Responsibility
- Visit assigned customers monthly to collect payments and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Use the My Vista application to manage customer data, track visits, and update records.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions customers may have.
- Ensure timely and accurate collection of payments, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collection targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Report any issues or challenges faced during field visits to the supervisor.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile applications.
- Own transportation (motorcycle or car) and a valid driver's license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned areas in Bali.
