Segi Fresh is seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to lead our retail operations in Bali’s most vibrant locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising to optimize sales.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all store operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve operational processes and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced or premium retail environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment.
