Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of store associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring product availability and minimizing waste.
- Implement and enforce company policies, standards, and safety protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Track sales performance, analyze reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in convenience stores or FMCG.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software, MS Office).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to upholding brand standards.
