Responsibility
- Serve as the primary brand ambassador for Nespresso, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable coffee experiences.
- Educate customers on Nespresso’s Grand Cru coffees, machines, and accessories, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
- Drive sales targets by engaging customers, demonstrating products, and promoting Nespresso’s sustainability initiatives.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Nespresso’s product range, including limited editions and new releases, to effectively communicate their unique qualities.
- Ensure the retail space is visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with Nespresso’s brand standards.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on Nespresso’s latest products and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Passion for coffee and a strong understanding of coffee culture, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the retail schedule.
- Previous experience with Nespresso products or other premium coffee brands is highly desirable.
