Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using company systems.
- Conduct collections from clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any order or payment-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and collection reports.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for order processing and financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, order processing, or collections.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Basic computer skills for order entry and reporting.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred, as company vehicle and driver are provided).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail or consumer product industries is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions in Bali.
