Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selections, and purchases.
- Manage daily operations of the business center, including inventory and sales transactions.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional activities and sales events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
