Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and addressing inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including arranging displays, restocking products, and ensuring store presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and report low stock or discrepancies to the store manager.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff by performing daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Handle product returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and participate in promotional activities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for processing transactions.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain store presentation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per retail schedules.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus for tourist-heavy locations.
