Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, resolving escalations and fostering client loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and optimize product placement for maximum visibility.
- Conduct regular staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand representation.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to develop data-driven strategies for revenue growth.
- Maintain store visual merchandising, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Handle cash management, opening/closing procedures, and end-of-day reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop teams.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering premium service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
