Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clientele, ensuring a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, fitting sessions, and purchase decisions for luxury goods.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual displays.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand stories to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (luxury sector is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
