Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Travel across assigned regions to conduct field visits and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and surrounding areas.
