Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing luxury watches, providing expert advice and personalized recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, brands, and promotions to deliver accurate and compelling information to customers.
- Ensure the store’s visual merchandising and presentation meet brand standards, including product displays, signage, and cleanliness.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, handle cash, and manage inventory with accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the team to organize in-store events, promotions, and product launches.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods, watches, or fashion.
- Strong passion for luxury watches and knowledge of leading brands (e.g., Rolex, Omega, Tag Heuer, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a results-driven mindset.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a customer-first attitude.
- Prior experience in Bali’s retail or hospitality sector is advantageous but not required.
