Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to create memorable shopping experiences for all customers
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling recommendations for New Balance footwear and apparel
- Process sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems and handle cash/credit payments accurately
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stock organization, and visual displays
- Educate customers about New Balance technologies, product features, and brand values
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
- Stay updated on current promotions, new product launches, and brand initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Passion for sports, fitness, or fashion with knowledge of athletic footwear and apparel
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help customers
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and comfort with handling cash transactions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (for foreign applicants)
