Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products and territories.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product placement, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients and consumers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Collect and analyze market feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
