Responsibility
- Oversee daily boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and cash handling.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving monthly/quarterly targets, analyzing trends, and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints while ensuring a premium in-store experience.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, visual merchandising, and loss prevention to optimize profitability.
- Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing retail team, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric work environment.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain a loyal customer base.
- Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, product presentation, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury apparel or boutique settings.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and a passion for the retail industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
