Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of baristas and retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and company policies.
- Drive sales performance through effective upselling, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed to avoid stockouts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing initiatives and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail, hospitality, or F&B.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and retail operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Passion for coffee, customer service, and team leadership.
