Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Educate customers on GORUCK products, including features, benefits, and usage, to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain store appearance, including product displays, cleanliness, and organization to ensure a visually appealing and inviting atmosphere.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, restocking, and conducting regular inventory checks to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a solution-oriented approach, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, promotional goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information.
Qualifications
- Proven retail or customer service experience (1+ years preferred) in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for building customer relationships.
- Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about outdoor gear, tactical equipment, and apparel.
- Basic math and POS system proficiency for handling transactions and inventory tasks.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail schedules.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
