Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store operations, including inventory management and restocking.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, seasonal collections, and brand guidelines to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury or department store environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong product knowledge and passion for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping seasons.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
