Responsibility
- Lead and manage all daily café operations, ensuring seamless service, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, loyalty, and community engagement.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to build a high-performing, motivated team.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and inventory, to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with HQ on marketing initiatives, promotions, and fintech integrations to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory standards.
- Foster partnerships with local suppliers, artists, and businesses to strengthen community ties.
- Innovate with seasonal menus, events, and tech-driven solutions to keep the café at the forefront of Bali’s hospitality scene.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in café, restaurant, or retail management, preferably in a high-volume or premium setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of developing talent.
- Passion for coffee culture, customer service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in fintech or digital solutions for hospitality.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Knowledge of Bali’s café market and local business landscape is advantageous.
