Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and meals under the guidance of the chef.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Support the culinary team in food plating and presentation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food service.
- Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the chef or kitchen manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
