Responsibility
- Lead and manage all daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service in alignment with brand standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while optimizing profitability.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and local stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Store Manager or Restaurant Manager role, preferably in a high-volume or premium dining establishment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and POS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
