Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality palm oil-infused coffee and specialty beverages according to Coolblogâs recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, countertops, and storage areas.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage daily sales reports accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, palm oil ingredients, and other supplies, and report shortages to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Educate customers about the benefits and unique flavors of palm oil-based products.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sustainability practices in all tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and willingness to learn about palm oil integration.
