Responsibility
- Conduct engaging machine demonstrations and client training sessions on coffee equipment operation and maintenance.
- Provide expert advice on premium coffee beans, milk products, and syrups to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with business clients and retail customers.
- Promote Toffico Premium Blends’ products through in-store tastings, presentations, and personalized recommendations.
- Ensure all coffee machines and equipment are properly maintained, clean, and functional for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and meet monthly targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and brewing techniques to provide accurate information.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and placing orders for coffee supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a barista, sales associate, or in a customer-facing role within the coffee or F&B industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment, and premium ingredients.
- Proven ability to train clients and demonstrate products effectively.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Certification in barista training or coffee education (e.g., SCA) is highly advantageous.
