Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management to ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Monitor and maintain strict food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with company and local regulations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets while enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profit margin optimization.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to resolve issues and improve service.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu consistency, innovation, and alignment with customer preferences.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in a high-volume or fine-dining setting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
