Responsibility

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
  • Monitor and maintain strict food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with company and local regulations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets while enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profit margin optimization.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to resolve issues and improve service.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu consistency, innovation, and alignment with customer preferences.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in a high-volume or fine-dining setting.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic financial reporting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
