Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and merchandising.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, customer loyalty, and revenue growth.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and supplier coordination to ensure product availability.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales reports, expenses, and profitability metrics.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to ensure high satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and local retail laws.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer goods or high-volume stores.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and operational goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
