Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting clients with product inquiries and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive engagement.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store visual merchandising standards are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to drive repeat business.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, email, Excel).
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (preferred).
