Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Support the team in processing transactions, handling cash, and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking products as needed.
- Help with receiving and unpacking shipments, ensuring accurate stock counts and proper storage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, trends, and potential improvements.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and retail best practices at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail or customer service are a plus.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
