Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and brand guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct regular staff training and development to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and organization to reflect the premium nature of the brand.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in retail, preferably in fashion or luxury brands.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues and build long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and retail management software.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by business needs.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
