Note: This role is based in Singapore (Jewel Changi Airport) with a relocation pathway to Bali, Indonesia, for qualified candidates.
Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets in a high-traffic airport environment.
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and inventory management processes.
- Develop and implement localized sales strategies to maximize revenue, including promotions, upselling, and customer retention initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction scores, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the store manager to plan and execute staff training programs, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand storytelling.
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism, ensuring resolutions align with Onâs brand values and customer-centric approach.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to security protocols.
- Act as a brand ambassador for On, fostering strong relationships with customers, airport stakeholders, and corporate teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in a premium or luxury retail environment (sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Passion for the On brand and its products, with a deep understanding of athletic performance and urban lifestyle trends.
- Proficient in retail management systems (POS, inventory tools, and reporting software).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, to meet business needs.
- Experience in airport retail or high-traffic locations is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, for long-term career growth with the brand.
