Responsibility

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
  • Collaborate with the team to merchandise products attractively and ensure store presentation standards are met.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new products, policies, and sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or promotions (1+ years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
