Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards across all aspects of store operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with the regional management team to execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that aligns with brand aesthetics.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to foster continuous improvement and skill development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or high-end brands.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in retail software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
  • Experience in inventory management, sales reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Passion for luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle products, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
