Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
