Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on mobile phones, accessories, and related products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail counter, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist in restocking merchandise as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Promote current sales, discounts, and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile technology trends, accessories, and product features to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and consumer electronics is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
