Responsibility
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Ensure all products are displayed according to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store team to maintain stock availability.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven merchandising decisions.
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Train and guide store staff on merchandising standards and best practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Provide feedback to the head office on product performance and customer preferences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in fashion or apparel.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
