Responsibility
- Engage with customers in modern trade (MT) and mini markets (MTI) to promote Ouji’s products effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to potential buyers through live demos and presentations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by implementing strategic promotional activities.
- Monitor product stock levels and ensure displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to report back to the sales and marketing teams.
- Participate in in-store events, promotions, and campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company branding guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU) or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong presentation and persuasion abilities to effectively promote products.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and consumer behavior is advantageous.
