Responsibility
- Lead and manage the showroom team, including sales associates and support staff, to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Oversee showroom operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, interior designers, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive opportunities.
- Organize and host exclusive events, product launches, and private viewings to drive brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and health/safety regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in showroom or retail management, preferably in luxury furniture or home decor.
- Proven track record in sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising and showroom aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset.
