Responsibility
- Promote and demonstrate cutting-edge tech products to customers in assigned retail locations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and store managers.
- Conduct product training sessions for retail partners to enhance their sales effectiveness.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to report back to the management team.
- Ensure accurate tracking of inventory, sales, and promotional materials.
- Participate in in-store promotions, events, and product launches.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in tech or consumer electronics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a mobile/roving capacity.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking software is advantageous.
- Passion for technology and ability to quickly learn new product features.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel across Baliâs key retail hubs.
