Responsibility
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, guiding them through product selections.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory organization.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Educate customers on product benefits, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
- Assist in stock replenishment and monitor product freshness/quality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales and service.
