Responsibility
- Visit assigned retail outlets in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to ensure optimal product placement and availability.
- Manage and maintain product displays to maximize visibility and appeal, adhering to brand guidelines and promotional strategies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Execute in-store promotions and marketing campaigns, including setting up promotional materials and engaging with customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail managers and staff to enhance collaboration and drive sales performance.
- Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer feedback, and sales trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in training retail staff on product knowledge, promotions, and merchandising best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising, sales, or a related field, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, product placement, and promotional strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with retail partners and customers.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali to visit assigned retail outlets.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and mobile applications for reporting and communication.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Passion for retail, customer service, and a keen eye for detail.
