Responsibility
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers in retail outlets, malls, or promotional events.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Halo telecommunications products and services.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory levels using provided tools or systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns, special offers, and loyalty programs.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, including troubleshooting basic product issues and directing customers to appropriate channels for resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position Halo’s products.
- Represent the brand professionally at all times, adhering to company dress code and grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service roles, preferably in retail or telecommunications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to initiate conversations with strangers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by promotional schedules.
- Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, and basic digital tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
