As a HORECA Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by building strong relationships with high-value clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing revenue, enhancing brand visibility, and solidifying JAPFA Food’s reputation as a trusted partner in the HORECA industry.

Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, catering services, and cloud kitchens.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector to expand the company’s market share in Bali.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining customer loyalty.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote JAPFA Food’s products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HORECA sales, B2B sales, or key account management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s HORECA landscape and existing networks in the region is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Bali to meet clients and attend industry events.
