Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide a professional, friendly shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering inquiries, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary.
- Balance cash registers at the end of each shift and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure inventory accuracy and restocking of display items.
- Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or cashier role (preferably in furniture or home goods).
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
