Responsibility
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations and promotions to attract and engage customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive customer interactions.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to drive conversions.
- Maintain brand visibility by ensuring promotional materials and displays are well-organized and eye-catching.
- Collect and report customer feedback to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with retail partners to secure prime product placement and promotional support.
- Track and document sales performance, inventory levels, and promotional activities in real time.
- Represent the brand professionally by adhering to company grooming and dress code standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (retail or FMCG preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, confident, and approachable personality with a passion for engaging with people.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail schedules.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to exceeding targets.
