Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential distributors to ensure consistent product availability and sales growth.
  • Monitor distributor performance, including sales targets, inventory levels, and market coverage, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade initiatives.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess distributor needs, address challenges, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and inventory management best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and brand guidelines across all distributor channels.
  • Prepare and present reports on distributor performance, market trends, and competitive activities to management.
  • Resolve distributor issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner to maintain positive business relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in distributor management, sales, or a related role within the FMCG or food distribution industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships, with a focus on long-term business growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM or sales management software.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (Bali) and occasionally to other locations as needed.
  • Passion for the food industry and a deep understanding of local market dynamics in Bali.
