Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail store owners, managers, and key decision-makers to drive product placement and sales.
  • Ensure optimal product visibility, stock levels, and merchandising standards across assigned retail outlets in Bali.
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies, promotions, and in-store activations to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, address concerns, and provide training or support to retail staff as needed.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to align retail execution with broader business objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and action plans to management on a regular basis.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in retail sales to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, key account management, or field sales, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for reporting and presentation purposes.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is mandatory.
