Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to educate customers on features, benefits, and promotions.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized retail space, including stock replenishment and merchandising.
- Handle cash transactions, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to meet store KPIs and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock takes and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in premium or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for building client relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems and retail software.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and tourist demographics is an advantage.
