Responsibility
- Provide personalized product consultations to customers, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation to enhance brand appeal.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to meet store KPIs and operational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in training programs to refine sales and product expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about premium consumer goods.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for POS and inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous.
