Responsibility
- Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the supply chain team, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly the Proton brand.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
