Based in Bali’s key areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung), you’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring our products stand out on shelves while delivering exceptional service. Your mission includes educating customers about our loyalty programs, promotions, and repeat order systems to boost retention and satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Conduct in-store merchandising to ensure optimal product placement and visibility for mineral water brands.
- Educate customers on product benefits, loyalty programs (e.g., point systems), and promotional offers.
- Demonstrate the use of chatbots and digital tools to streamline customer orders and inquiries.
- Drive repeat orders by building strong relationships with retail partners and end consumers.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the sales team to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Collect market feedback and report insights on customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Execute promotional campaigns, including sampling, discounts, and bundle deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, merchandising activities, and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in merchandising, sales, or retail (FMCG sector preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., chatbots, POS systems) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and target achievement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic English proficiency (written and verbal) for reporting and customer interactions.
- Own transportation (motorcycle/car) and a valid driver’s license for mobility across assigned areas.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
