Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including retailers, pharmacies, and distributors across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by expanding our customer base and increasing market penetration.
- Conduct regular visits to assigned territories to ensure product availability, visibility, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with distributors to optimize stock levels, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory management.
- Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer trends to the sales and marketing teams.
- Deliver product training and education to customers and distributors to enhance brand awareness and sales.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, call reports, and expense reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or FMCG sales, preferably in consumer goods or healthcare products.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and distributors.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and mobile sales applications.
- Experience in the Bali market or familiarity with the region’s retail landscape is a plus.
