Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients in a professional, friendly, and consultative manner to understand their needs and drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain the highest standards of store presentation, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and inventory organization.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior retail associates to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with diplomacy and efficiency, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and report discrepancies to the management team.
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement promotional strategies, seasonal displays, and marketing initiatives to boost foot traffic and sales.
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury or high-end retail settings.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Experience in mentoring or training junior staff is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by the retail schedule.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
