Responsibility

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients in a professional, friendly, and consultative manner to understand their needs and drive sales.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
  • Maintain the highest standards of store presentation, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and inventory organization.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior retail associates to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to company policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with diplomacy and efficiency, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and report discrepancies to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to implement promotional strategies, seasonal displays, and marketing initiatives to boost foot traffic and sales.
  • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury or high-end retail settings.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Experience in mentoring or training junior staff is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by the retail schedule.
  • Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
